Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Genzee ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications available on the Google Play Store (the "Apps").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Apps and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Apps are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, app designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Apps (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • You are not under the age of 13.
  • You will not access the Apps through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

Our Apps may display third-party advertisements through our mediation partners (including AppLovin, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Mintegral, InMobi, and Yandex Ads) and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through our Apps are solely between you and such advertisers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Genzee, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Apps.
